Photography FAQ

Q: What type of payment do you accept?

A: Lux-Productions accepts Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Bank cards, securely through PayPal. Personal checks are also accept, but must be cleared first before any items are shipped.

Q: What is a  ‘Giclee’, or ‘Print on Canvas’?

A: A ‘Giclee” is a digital print placed onto canvas, using a high quality professional inkjet reproduction process.

Q: Are custom sizes available for your Photography?

A: Yes, custom sizes are available.  Although we try to accommodate most widely desired sizes, special orders are available.

Q: If I order a loose canvas photographic print, where can I get it stretched?

A: Any local hobby story, such as Michaels or Hobby Lobby can stretch your loose canvas print for a small price.  All of the images are designed to be stretched Gallery Wrap style, meaning, the image will cover all sides once stretched.

Q: Can you take a custom photo for me and have it printed?

A: Yes, custom photography is available.  Please contact us for more details and what you may be looking for.

Q: May I use your  images or photography on my website?

Graphic Design FAQ

Q: Do you do design work besides what is listed on your site?

A: Yes, Lux-Productions is glad to approach any custom project.  Please contact us for more information.

Q: What is the turn around for completing a  graphic design?

A: Turn around times vary based on the complexity of the design.  Simple designs are generally produced between 1 and 3 business days after initial consultation, with single day turn around and expedited service available.

Q: Can you incorporate my existing image(s) into a new design?  And what size or resolution should they be?

A: Yes, your images can often be used in a new design, only if they meet the minimum resolution requirements for your project.  Graphics designed for websites or other digital sources are generally 72 dpi, and any projects which will be a physically printed are 300 dpi.  As a safe rule of thumb, the larger and higher quality image you provide, the better.


Music FAQ
Q: I would like to use your music or CD for one of my own projects.  Do you offer licensing for your music?

A: Yes, licensing options are available.  Please contact us for more information.

Q: I’m looking to have some custom music created.  Do you do that?

A: Yes, custom music creation is available, from single tracks to full albums.

Q: Do you have music designed for movies or films?

A: Yes, film score and other multi-media related sound design is available.  Please contact us for more information.


Shipping FAQ
Q: What services do you use for shipping?

A: All items are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Shipping, with Tracking Confirmation.

Q: Do you ship outside of the continental United States?

A: Yes, shipping is available around the world.  Please be aware of additional shipping charges and shipping times.
